  • Snow load
  • Wind load
  • Use category
  • Steel building site exposure conditions
  • Seismic zone (if applicable)
  • Freight to your metal building site
  • Your metal building specifications and design requirements
  • Your foundation connection preference

Delivery Options

We can ship most metal building kits within weeks from the time the order is placed. We will gladly ship your order to you, regardless of your location. We recommend you have some assistance available to unload your metal building.

If you live close to our production facility, you can pick up your metal building kit. This will save you shipping costs. Inform your dealer, and they will gladly provide you with directions.

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's Warranty shall warrant the following:

  1. Our team will design all our pre-engineered metal buildings in accordance with the local governing building code. Designers will create buildings to handle the published wind and snow loads and the building's use and the conditions. The buyer provides this information to the manufacturer when determining these loads.
  2. All materials will be free of defect in material and workmanship.

There is a 50-year warranty against corrosion for all steel building models.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept most major credit cards, cheque, money order, cash, or a combination there-of. We ask you to pay a deposit when you sign your agreement and then pay the balance upon delivery of your metal building.
