Our steel buildings are manufactured using AZ180 (AZ60) Galvalume Plus™ steel, which offers a 30-year factory warranty against rust perforation. This all-steel building construction eliminates maintenance like rot and warping which can occur with wood structures. Also, the fine spangle and soft metallic sheen eliminates the need for painting saving future painting maintenance costs for your steel building.
Connecting your steel building to its foundation is made easy with Pioneer Steel's concrete trough or our optional baseplates.
With Pioneer Steel baseplates, buildings simply bolt to the baseplate and are completely secure. Pioneer steel building baseplates are practical and most importantly, easy to install!
